Impact Remodeling will verbally make you many promises, refuses to put them in writing, will tell you there will be a manager on site for you entire job, but no one ever shows up. Shows you a video on how the roof is to be installed, but yet does not follow the manufacturers instructions and does not install it the way Doug told you during the presentation. They might have the Platinum seal from Owens Corning, but I would run as far and as fast as you can from this company. Owens Corning also will not back up any issues you have with this contractor
