WOW! I am so glad I used Avas Florist! I had a GREAT experience with them! I originally placed an order with telefora for flowers for my niece's birthday and also another order for my daughter's birthday. My niece and daughter live minutes from each other..my nieces bday came, no flowers..I called and teleflora said the flowers would be delivered first thing the next morning and as compensation they would email me a 20% off coupon. That never showed up either. First thing the next morning my daughters flowers were delivered right on schedule but still nothing for my niece a few streets away. Two PM in the afternoon & still nothing. My niece was going out of town at 2PM so I cancelled my Teleflora order and at 3PM I rushed and put in a flower delivery from Avas to deliver to the hotel my niece was going to and requested same day delivery. By 4PM they were delivered to the hotel's front desk and I didn't even have a room number to give them! THANK YOU AVAS!
